
Head Coach
Coach Maloney has been involved in the sport of wrestling since 1984 and has been a part of Wyandotte Wrestling coaching staff since 2005.

Coach Maloney began training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in May 2009 at Detroit Jiu-jitsu under Danny Agemy in Melvindale. Jeff received his Black Belt in 2019 while training within the Jiujitsu for Life Association. In summer 2021 Jeff and his team joined Six Blades Jiujitsu under Chris Blanke.

Coach Maloney has been successful as both a coach and a competitor.

Coach
Coach Andrea began training Brazilian jiu-jitsu under Coach Jeff Maloney in February of 2017. She began helping coach the children’s classes in 2018. She has competed locally and nationally but prefers to help children and beginners learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

When she’s not at the gym Coach Andrea is a fulltime mom and professional firefighter/EMT.

Coach Crawford has been training Mixed martial arts (BJJ, Wrestling, boxing) for over 15 years.Â
Coach Crawford has Cornered over 50 amateur MMA fights And 15-20 Professional MMA fights
Including 3 regional title fights for the prestigious WXC MMA promotion, and a professional boxing match.
Coach Crawford was 3-0 as an amateur fighter. 2 first round finishes (KO, submission) and one third round submission. Was injured before first title fight and decided to stop competingÂ
Craig Crawford also completed course 1 of Demian Maia’s instructor course.
